Graduation Speech: Supporting The Army Learning Model
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good afternoon, hoping that everyone is doing excellent. I would like to provide a quick and prompt update in reference to the IDRP. Understanding that there are members from our faculty who are interested in participating. I would like to congratulate those who are willing to take your instructor/facilitator performance to higher levels. The 201st Regiment (MF) RTI goal is to empower every faculty members to be effective instructors/leaders within this "Institution of Excellence". In order for this institution to integrate and support the Army Learning Model, is essential to develop the faculty and encourage the entire faculty to participate.
