Goulash Research Paper
The food that makes your mouth water is always the best, so goulash must be the best. After you try it you will understand just what I mean. Goulash is a simple yet amazing dish, that anyone can cook. First, cook some ground beef, be sure to use 73% lean / 27% fat ground beef. Preheat a medium sized skillet on a medium temperature for one minute.
Put the meat in the skillet and beat it into smaller pieces with your cooking utensil. Brown the meat, drain the grease and save the meat for another step. Second, get out some garlic powder, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and macaroni shells. Preheat a large pot on a high temp for 1 minute. Add shells, meat, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water, bring to boil. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Joseph E. Holloway (1990) has been quoted as saying “Africans, and their descendants, contributed to the richness and fullness of American culture from its beginnings. Their contributions in early America, for which they have received little or no credit, include the development of the American dairy industry, open grazing of cattle, artificial insemination of cows, the development of vaccines (including vaccination for smallpox), and cures for snake bites.” All through out my years of attending primary school I was able to be immersed in learning about Africa and Africans and their contributions to the world we live in today. The goal was to cultivate a sense of pride in who I am and who I am a descendant of.
