I agree that Health is a difficult term to define. Health to me is defined as your well-being. Health to me is the ability to adapt and able to change. Health can be broken down into two aspects, Physical health and mental health. Physical health means good body health. Good body health can be determined as a exercising, or nutrition. Mental health relates to people's cognitive and emotional well-being. Health is can be broken down to small aspect as spiritual health, Emotional health. Health can also be defined as your well being or wellness. Wellness can be defined as the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health. Wellness and health all goes hand and hand. In my opinion, your health is very important. The benefits of good health physical and mental should be very important in your life, if you keep up your physical health, your mental health would could after. In my opinion, I believe the most important health is mental health. Mental health constraints with the mind, when you feel good about your mental and emotional health your physical health becomes easier to maintain. As I stated before I agree that health is a difficult term to define.

The teammate that would be hardest to coach on good health would be Blake. Blake would be the hardest teammate to coach on good health because he does not have good health. Blake stated that he need to lose some baby fat. Blake needs to understand that eating Big Buddy’s burgers will not help him lose weight. Blake also needs to learn more about losing weight, just because he stop eating burgers does not mean he will lose that baby fat. Blake needs to start exercising and eating health food. Blake would be the hardest to coach on good health because in my opinion he does not know anything about good health. Before you can teach someone about good health, you need to now it for yourself. I do not believe Blake knows good health. I hope him being on this team teach
