Golf: A Gentleman's Sport, Correct?

Golf. A Gentleman’s Sport, Correct? What is language? Language can be interpreted in many different ways. What one person may consider being in that vast category, someone else may not. What defines language? The way in which is it used or intended? Maybe even who uses it could be a factor in the meaning of choice words; potentially turning a simple phrase into an articulate collaboration of weighted words and twisted meaning. How can language be interpreted or used? What if there are actually uses for language outside of a classroom? Or what if there was a form of “golf language”? Perhaps deep inside the depths of the game runs an elegant river of knowledge that can only be tapped into by someone with the right methods. How would someone come to know these methods if there wasn’t a way to transfer information between people? This is where literacy and language comes into the illustrious equation. Literacy is key that allows you to use language to understand all things in life, and especially in golf. So many subtle tips can be put together and used to form something as beautiful as a near perfect golf swing. Just as a golf swing, the way literacy and language are used can vary slightly from one individual to another.
Golf is such an ingenious idea, isn’t it? There is nothing in-between a golfer and success, unfortunately it is ultimately the golfer’s responsibility should they fail. Golf isn’t to be perfected; it is only to be played. After practically devoting 4 years of my life to this game so far I’ve only just learned this, all due to a hot summer day on the driving range that I will never forget. See, the whole reason I went on the spiel about language is because there is so much more to it than just some rules to have to follow when writing papers or constructing thank you notes. In golf, just as in other chapters in life, there is a certain language that will be learned. It is not a language that can only be heard or wrote, it almost has to be felt.
