My first main point what causes all of this? Greenhouse gases are trapping energy that is warming Earth's climate. The Earth is wrapped in a blanket of air called the atmosphere, which is made up of several layers of gases. The sun is much hotter than the Earth and it gives off rays of heat that travel through the atmosphere and reaches the Earth.
The rays of the sun warm the Earth, and heat from the Earth then travels back into the atmosphere. The gases in the atmosphere stop some of the heat from escaping into space. A lot of scientists agree that people’s activities are making the natural greenhouse effect stronger. If we carry on polluting the atmosphere with greenhouse gases, it will have very dangerous effects on the Earth. Also this causes severe weathers if ice is melting it cause sea levels to rise which can result in floods. That will destroy businesses, homes, schools etc. Food is also a problem because certain crops need certain conditions in order the grow properly. As the climate warms, the air holds more moisture and rainstorms become more intense, damaging crops. This will cause food prices to go up ,overall precipitation patterns are also changing, bringing droughts to some areas of the world and floods to others. My second point is that wild life is in threat , with climate change it causes animals to mirgrate other places in order to meet their living standards. For example polar bears live in cold conditions they have needs if the ice melts it can cause problems like Reduced access to food, Drop in body condition, Lower cub survival rates, Increase in drowning, Increase in cannibalism, and their population will decrease.

Global warming is the increase of average world temperatures as a result of what is known as the greenhouse effect. Global warming started long before the 'Industrial Revolution'. It began 18,000 years ago as the earth started warming its way out of the Pleistocene Ice Age. On average the earth's temperature rises 2c to 6c by the end of the 21 century. There are 20 deadly effects because of gobal warming.First, dieases carring insects are spreading north,so in why malria isn't fully extinguish. Second, the waters are getting warmer so there is going to be more hurricanes.Third, There is going to be more chances of heat waves and droughts.Fourth, there's going to be Economic consequences. For example, if there is a big hurricane, the hurricane damages are going to cost money, so if there is chance of more hurricanes, then there is going to be more damages that cost money. Fifth, the polar ice caps are melting, in which the sea levels are rising, and the polar ice caps are white so in which reclect the sunlight back into to space and cooling the earth.Sixth, there is going to be more floods, which is one of the most dangererous harzards to human settlements.Seventh, There is and are going to be more forest fires. n 2007, more than 3,000 fires brought destruction to Southeastern Europe thanks to a long summer that created arid and parched conditions – a situation that would become normal as a consequence of the greenhouse effect.Eighth, there is going to be more destructive storms. The force of an hurricane has increased 50% in the last 30 years.Nineth, there is going to be more death because of smog.smog-related deaths predicted to rise by “about 4.5 percent from the 1990s to the 2050s,”…

Glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising, forests are drying and wildlife is suffering, these are all results of the apparent rise in global temperatures and it has become more obvious that humans over centuries are releasing harmful heat-trapping gases into the atmosphere known as greenhouse gases. The greenhouse effect causes the increase in global temperature as the gases which are released into the atmosphere allow light to be entered, but prevents heat from escaping.…

The repercussions are droughts and lack of food for society. This later leads to starvation, the decrease of organisms and economy issues. Another way global climate has been changing is shown in a diagram mapping out climate connections which states, “Greenhouse gases and the changes occurring in our climate make a connection due to one affecting the other. Since greenhouse gases trap more energy than needed, the climate is not used to this type of atmosphere, therefore causing problems such as melting snow, warming oceans, and droughts. Ultimately, the greenhouse gases add unnecessary hear and changing climates in a negative way”(Document 1). Based on this change, humans should do something in the near future about global climate change because the result of this affects weather patterns and the atmosphere as a whole. As the atmosphere deteriorates it brings other factors that are out of the ordinary such as a surplus of natural disasters, vicious storms, and dreadful temperatures. It is obvious that the world is changing in a negative way because humans are treating it in a negative way by neglecting the atmosphere and claiming the climate change is being fixed, yet adding on to the issue on the way. This worsens the situation and is melting away the blue world called Earth. The planet is gradually melting away, not to mention along with the polar ice caps, and will continue if the problem is not handled. As a final point, global change is obviously an immense complication that we as human beings should manage in the near future or it will be…

A book Titled, Global Warming in the 21 Century, by Juliana M.Cossia, talks about the long term effects of global warming and how they can impact our world. Since the beginning of the industrial revolution in 1750 global warming temperatures have risen up, Due to factories and power plants, and eventually cars;and burning of oil and coal. Carbon dioxide and other chemical gases go on to the atmosphere. Global warming had already been happening naturally but us humans have ascended the average temperature up. Carbon dioxide and other air pollutants and greenhouse gases collect in the atmosphere and absorb sunlight and solar radiation that have bounced off the earth’s surface.…

Because of the climate change, the earth is in danger. People don’t realize that the things they use or do every day are hurting the earth and living things. Nature.org says, “…one-fourth of Earth’s species will be headed for extinction by 2050 if the warming trend continues at its current rate…” Because the temperature is increasing, ice is melting. Because ice is melting, sea levels are rising. Higher temperatures don’t only melt ice but evaporates the moisture in the air. Evaporation will take away all of the land’s water leaving it as dry as a desert. With a drought now in progress, it will make it harder to find water and support agriculture.…

The ice caps cool down Earth by reflecting the light from the sun, but the excess heat from CO2 emissions and the warming atmosphere causes the ice caps to melt. This reduces the amount of surface area to reflect the light. In addition, as the Earth warms, the Arctic tundra releases frozen methane that has been trapped. Methane is a gas that is “fifty times as toxic as carbon dioxide” and therefore, creates a feedback loop (Disruption). Methane warms up the Earth which increases the rate that methane is released back into the atmosphere. When CO2 in the atmosphere is absorbs by the ocean, decreasing the pH level of the waters, this is known as ocean acidification. This kills plankton, the basis of the ocean food chain, increasing the extinction of marine life. Ocean acidification is also a major issue for sea life like oysters, increasing the rate of their shells being dissolved. These our only a few of the examples of disruption in the ecosystem. The impact of climate change has resulted to severe natural disasters and extinction of animal species which will get much worse in the…

Climate change occurs worldwide due to the growth of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere which then traps more heat coming from the sun than it would without these gases. This makes the Earth milder which then causes change in climates over the globe to change their patterns. Biome shifting is one main consequence of climate change and global warming. This has a broad economic impact as it alters our infrastructure and sources of goods. However, it also poses large amounts of environmental threat as there is becoming less biodiversity and habitats are shifting.…

Global Warming has many consequences that harm humans, animals and plants. Global Warming is the constant conversation by scientist and geologist all over the world. The active catastrophes caused by climate, volcanoes, and solar variation are proving Global warming is here and has been for some time. Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the earth’s surface. Research has proven that the increase in temperature has been since the middle 20th century. The increase in greenhouse gas concentrations are the result for most of the observed temperature increase. The Greenhouse effect is a natural process that keeps the earth at temperatures that are livable for humans, plants and animals. The energy from the sun warms the earth and the heat rays are absorbed by greenhouse gases that are then trapped in the atmosphere. The most common greenhouse gases are Carbon Dioxide, and Methane which absorb radiation. If it weren’t for the fact that these chemicals absorb the rays the earth would be extremely cold, and when too many rays are absorbed the atmosphere starts to warm which leads to Global Warming. This is what starts the effects or problems of global warming to humans, plants and animals.…

Our environment is ever changing so it would only make sense that our climate will change also. Researchers believe that the changes in our climate are directly related to certain types of energy. Energy plays an important role in many aspects of our lives. For example, we use electricity for lighting, heating, and cooling. We use fuel for transportation, heating, and cooking. Our energy production and use are connected with many other aspects of modern life, such as water consumption, use of goods and services, transportation, economic growth, land use, and population growth. Our production and use of energy (most of which comes from fossil fuels) also contributes to climate change, accounting for more than 80% of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions (EPA, 2010). Plants throughout the world producing all kinds of items for the requirements of humankind are a serious problem in this connection. The cutting down of woodlands for developing area for harvesting, towns, and roads plays a role in the issue by decreasing the quantity of trees. There are main effects of continued climate change around the world. These incorporate modifications in the earth’s orbit, alternation in the intensity of sunlight approaching our planet, alternation in ocean circulation, and volcanic outbreaks. Substantial climate change taking place on Earth will lead to altering precipitation patterns, the melting of ice in the Arctic, melting glaciers throughout the world, enhanced ocean temperatures, and an increasing sea level throughout the world (EPA, 2010). Significant climate change does not just impacts crops and animals all over the world, but can also have a damaging influence on people’s fitness. Air contamination issues would rise to higher numbers. Particularly vulnerable to this would be kids and the elderly. People suffering from breathing problems would suffer more attacks. Warm temperatures could lead to the rise of…
