A. Question or Problem being addressed
This study aims to answer the following questions:
1. Test the capability of mobile phone for controlling the locking and unlocking of doors with the use of gizDuino. 2. Test the capability of sensors and warning device to alert the people living inside the house. B. Goals/ Expected Outcomes/ Hypotheses
Based on the problems identified in the study, the following hypotheses were formulated: Null:
1. Mobile phones are not capable of controlling the locking and unlocking of doors with the use of gizDuino. 2. Sensors and warning devices are not capable of alerting the people living inside the house. Alternative:
1. Mobile phones are capable of controlling the locking and unlocking of doors with the use of gizDuino. 2. Sensors and warning devices are capable of alerting the people living inside the house.
C. Description in detail of method or procedures.
Building of Diorama of the security system: A wooden door with the size of 12’’ by 8’’ will be built together with the metal lock and the gizDuino boards and materials will be placed programmatically according to its system. Programming of Codes to the GizDuino Boards:
