Giving Thanks Essay
Some people have it easy and some have it really hard. So hard there life is in risk. For example some people in the world don’t even have a place to live. They don’t have the security of knowing that they’re going to have something to eat that day or even water to drink. In my case I know I am not rich but thanks to god and my family I have never been poor. My family might not be the richest but there the best to me they are humble and caring. Because of them I have never been in need of anything in my life. And that is why I am greatly thankful for my family. There is a lot of things I would like to thank them for like me always having a roof over my head, always having material things, and most important all the love and care they give me. One of the things I am thankful for is always having somewhere to live when my mom got the news she was going to have me my parents lived in Mexico. My parents then came to the U.S. and I was born in Chicago. My mom has told me how my dad worked his butt of so my mom and I would not be hungry and I always had nice cloths a nice crib and everything else. When I was one year old wee went to Mexico and even there where it was tuff starting from the beginning my parents gave me a place to live. My dad even build a house for us to live then he later bought a tractor and became a farmer. When I was 5 we moved to San Jose. My dad had saved enough money so when we got here we had somewhere to live. Another thing I would also like to be thank full for is my family always giving me what I need in life. Not just material wise but also teaching me all I need to know for surviving in life. For example food at home there is always something to eat and as you might tell I am well fed. My parents are always asking me if I need anything for school or cloths or shoes and even though I work my parents ask if I need money for something. I wouldn’t say my parents spoil me they do at times but in my opinion I think they just want me to have a better life than they had at my age for me to have what they didn’t have. And I am very thankful and grateful for that and I don’t take advantage of them. But what I am most definitely thankful for is all the love and care they give me. They have always been there for me when I most need them and loved me so much. My parents have thought me a lot about life how to survive life when I am an adult. To not do wrong things and do good things to always reach high and with a lot of work I can reach any goal I have. My parents have always raised me to be the best of a man I can become. They taught me how to be polite how to be respect full that nothing in life is easy to do the best I can. And that is why what I am most thankful for is my family. They are great to me I am happy I have such an awesome family.
