Giants the best team
My belief was formed about ten years ago when I was around eight years old in elementary school at Allentown. I was a small and short child in my younger age with not many friends. My closest friend Jason was always with me during my hours at school so I considered him to be a close friend. We didn’t hangout out of school much but it didn’t really bother me. We were both in school one day and the biggest kid in our school (Jake) was sitting with us at lunch. Jake knew that Jason and I dislike him and we wanted to pay no attention to him. Sometimes, Jake seemed to be more interested about our food than what we were talking about. As I open my lunchbox to see what my mom had packed me, Jake not knowingly took Jason’s lunchbox. I watched Jake recklessly go through his lunchbox and not say a word because I knew he was bigger than me and could possibly hurt me. No words were said until Jason told him that enough was enough. Jason jumped up upon the lunch table with his light-up Sketchers sneakers and immediately kicked Jake right in the face! I can remember seeing Jake wincing in pain while all the kids around him celebrating that the bully has been beaten. . Even though I knew that was not the way to handle the situation, everyone was pleased to see him gone.
What followed were cheers of happiness from all of the children in the cafeteria. Quickly the teachers came to the rescue but the children had already seen it all. They all saw the situation where Jason was being bullied and were relieved to know that he handled it. I’m not telling you that you should go and kick somebody in the face but this is how Jason handled the situation. I don’t remember if Jason and Jake got in any trouble but what I do remember, and what has become a core philosophy of mine, is that you shouldn’t let somebody push you around just because they are bigger than you. They teach us as students to not bully and how serious the situation can be on the person. You hear all the time on the

21st-century bullying is at an all-time high.(Background info)In the beginnign, Jamie Nabozny, a student, attending school in a small Wisconsin town, in middle and high school was bullied maliciously on a regular basis. His students stood there, and the teachers willfully ignored his complaints as the savage beatings went on, to blame Jamie on his sexuality. The teacher’s failure to achieve anything caused Nabozny to attempt suicide, run away from home multiple times, and ultimately file and win a historic lawsuit against the officials that failed him.(Attention grabbing strategy) “The teacher was out of the classroom, he was hurt that his shirt was ripped, and people were grabbing him where they were not supposed to be. As part of the Every Child Matters agenda set out by the previous Government (Education Act 2002 and the children Act 2004), it is the duty of St Matthew’s Primary School to ensure that children and young people are protected from potential harm. In order to do this, we need to involve children, young people and their families/guardians in this process and help to make them recognise and respond to bullying within or outside the school environment. Policies and procedures are in place at St Matthew’s to ensure the continued safety of all of our children and to follow strict guidelines if/when a situation arises which needs to be dealt with thoroughly and swiftly to eradicate further bullying and potential harm.…

At approximately 3:45 I, David Constancio, was called into the cafeteria by the 4th/5th Grade Team Leader, Duc-Huy Nguyen to assist with a student. When I arrived in the cafeteria I observed Jocelyn Elizarraras crying while being comforted by her classmates. The TL explained that the boys were being disrespectful towards Jocelyn and she became upset and grabbed a “spork” from the supper and attempted to “stab” her wrist. Another students yelled out, “Jocelyn is trying to kill herself!” I took Jocelyn into the staff lounge where I asked her to first calm down and take a few deep breaths. I spoke with Jocelyn about what happened and ask questions in regards to her trying to self-harm. She explained to me that she was not trying to commit suicide and that she was fine. I asked her why she would do this and her reply was, “I just thought that if I felt a little bit of pain I would stop feeling sad about being teased by the boys.” I express that we value her and want her to be safe and care about her.…

“Ouch!” “ooo” oh no!” these are all comments that can be made when your either getting bullied, or watching somebody get bullied. Either way, they are both something you should avoid. However, if there is something wrong, why do we stand around just watching people get hurt, when we can try and put a stop to it. The least we can do is help the people close to us, but another way to do it is to have a middle school do it because they have more control over it than we do. They can stop bullying in middle schools’ by putting security cameras around the building, the school can give more courage to the students to stand up and speak for themselves, and the school can cease all negativity.…

During my childhood instead of playing PlayStation or Xbox I was always outside making new friends, riding my bike around and exploring the unknown. That’s what kids do best all ways curious wanting information asking “why you are doing this” or “why do I have to do that”, But my parents still brought me up to be respectful, Truthful, Extremely Helpful and those are only a fraction of what my parents bestowed upon me. In elementary school I was never the bully instead, I was the one watching it happen. My father is a very wise gentlemen he always had this saying that he repeated all the time and now I don’t know if it was an accident or on purpose but it is one-hundred percent imbedded in my head,” Do onto others as you would like done onto you” many of you know this to be a Pre-Kindergarten lesson. So I took that to heart and I will always be the person standing up or helping those in need even if it meant I would switch spots with them because I know there is someone else that would do the same for me when I need it. I remember in 6th grade at Saint Raphael’s elementary school I witnessed an altercation involving my friend and fellow classmate Thomas and an 8th grader Brandon. You can possibly guess what the issue revolved around, Lunch money being taken I intervened and tried to be an arbiter and try to convince Brandon to calm down and return the money to my friend. Did not work at all he laughed pushed me took my money too and left to class. Don’t let the name of a school fool you into thinking it was a bully free school. It is very difficult to extinguish such a popular issue bullying, in every school ranging from first to twelve grades. During that time I had watched many movies involving heroism but not as Batman or Superman but as a United States armed service member. I would see A squad of soldiers on patrol in Vietnam or in Iraq identify and engage an enemy contact then see a man go down whether it was the assistant sixty gunner or the designated…
