George Baily's Suicide Analysis

George Baily, a person who tries to do good to everyone. Carrying a massive responsibility in his shoulders as he tries to prevent Mr. Potter from taking over the entire city. Even though he aspires to do other things, his father’s company is a prevention. He does a good job keeping it up and running, but not everything goes as planned and can put someone in a difficult position. One day his uncle goes to deposit money and loses it, as it lands in the wrong hands of Mr. Potter and keeps it. As he begins to think how he may end up in jail, how the business will collapse, how Mr. Potter will take over and how he will lose everything including his family. As he also begins to think that maybe his family is better off without him, that his death would solve all the problems. Everyday people are committing suicide so reasons that are not necessary. Just because we may go through bad relationships, horrible jobs, or any other problems that may be extremely stressing at times, gives us no reason to commit suicide or think that life is better off without us. Anything bad that may happen to us, there will still be a bright side to it, like learning from it, gaining experience, know how to do it better next time and so many more. We just got to learn how to deal with it and know if life puts a wall in front of us, we must to learn how to break it or climb through it and not think that the wall was put there to end us there. In George’s case he thought that his family and city was going to be better off without him until he saw he was wrong. But in real life, an angel doesn’t have to come to us to make us realize that, we should already know and be grateful that we do have a life and we can try to live it as best we can without having to end it for unnecessary reasons that we may
