THE AIM OF THE STUDY
The aim of the study is to investigate the physical, economic and environmental impact of the proposed construction of the Argyle International Airport on Argyle.

LOCATION OF THE STUDY
The area on which the study was done is Argyle, which is located on the South Eastern side of St.Vincent. Argyle is washed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Most of the communities that make up the area have mountainous terrain. The area stretches from Yambou to the north to Stubbs in the south. This area is shown below on map1 and in map1.1.

METHODOLOGY

HOW DATA WAS COLLECTED

Several data collection methods were used to make sure that the data was unbiased and as reliable as possible.
Firstly, an interview was conducted with Mrs. Jennifer Richardson- Herbert, the Communications Officer of the International Airport Development Company Limited (I.A.D.C.L), on Monday 1st, November, 2010. She provided information, photos and diagrams of the airport
