EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The price of oil and gas has been fluctuating for some couple of year now. The prevailing economy situation in the European Union and political differences between the EU and kremlin has help to plunge revenue for Gazprom. The pressure for Oil Company to replace depleting oil reserve has become even more difficult to achieve, environmental concern and climate change and alternative energy source has also contributed to the challenges face by Gazprom consequently the company revenue has also see a decline in recent years only, with a well mapped out strategy and the company leadership internationalized will the company be able to move on as full international business.
