Gay Rights Thesis
The issue of gay rights matters because the creed of US is that all men are created equal and have natural rights. So, is it not hypocritical to claim that the LGBT community doesn't deserve their rights and to not be discriminated against, turned down a job and housing because of their sexual orientation. With the ruling of same-sex marriage being legal it is signalizing how much more accepting the US is becoming. Also it shows how more accepting the world is because already twenty-one countries around the world have legislation passed that has some legalization of gay marriage instituted.
Consequently, there are more accepting views and approaches to this issue while there are some more conservative and hateful perspectives on this issue.
