The Ideology of LGBT
LGBT, is an acronym meaning Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transvestite. These four different groups have been harassed and generalized day in and day out, just due to the fact that they’re different. Actors, celebrities, and politicians around the world have stood up for gay rights, on top of the astounding civilian population that has spoken up about the touchy subject. Within seconds of playing the song, most people would realize what its about, and the point behind the lyrics themself. Approximately thirty percent of all completed suicides have been related to sexual identity issues. Children apart of the gay, bisexual, lesbian or transgendered identity groups report being five times as more likely to miss school because they feel unsafe after being bullied due to their sexual orientation. Approximately one fourth of all students from elementary school to high school are the victims of bullying and harassment just because of the fact that they’re different. Children should miss school because they like someone of the same sex as them. “They met on his best friend’s front porch. They talked till the sun went up” ...
