EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION Nowadays people are looking for a different food, that’s why we made this study to look for this thing they been looking for. People are too demanding for different kinds of goods. As we can see we, people are buying everyday for our needs and wants. So our company the ABAPO CORPORATION came up to food business because of the demand of the higher demand of it in the market. The management of the corporation study what can we produce in the new market? Is this product new to them? Who is our prospected buyer? Is this product will be trending to all people? Do we know our competitors? Do we have enough capital for it? There are many question to answer but the only we should answer is what is the product that we can produce that people will accept? In the study we conducted and the meeting we attended the management ended up in this product that surely be trending in the food industry. “FRUITY LUMPIA DIP” is the name of the product a lumpia made primarily of blended fruits such as apple, banana and potato. As you can see we made a product in a innovative way. We always see that children of today even adults and I know everyone of us love chocolate. We get use to eat chocolate bar, chocolate candies, chocolate cakes, chocolate drinks and etc. But do we see that we can only get plenty sugar in those food we can’t get any natural nutrition, so made the fruity lumpia dip that is not only yummy but also healthy for chocolate lovers.
In recent years more and more people have come to realize the importance of eating and living healthy by selecting the all natural foods. This interest in healthy living and the subsequent learning of the life giving values of food prompted researchers on different health foods, majority of which are focused on developing fruity foods.
