Frosting
Frosting, also known as “buttercream” icing, is a creamy, fluffy cake topping that is popular for its extravagant deliciousness and its striking visual appeal.
Ingredients:
4 cups of icing sugar.
250g of softened butter.
2 tablespoons of milk.
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Method:
1. Using either an electric mixer on low speed or a bowl and wooden spoon, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla essence into a cream.
2. Add the milk and whip the mixture until it is fluffy.

For chocolate frosting add half a cup of cocoa and a little extra milk to the recipe.

For this you will need:
100g/4oz Softened Butter
200g/8oz Icing Sugar
Instructions for making buttercream icing.
1. Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and sift the icing sugar over the top.
2. Add flavouring (see below) and cream all the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Add the mixture to a piping bag and swirl buttercream onto cupcakes

To do that you will need the bowl you mixed the dry ingredients in, a whisk, 1-¼ cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of butter. With the bowl you were using, you are going to make a hole in the middle of it with your hands. When you have made the hole add the egg in the hole. Once the egg is inside the hole, add the milk as well (the milk might overflow a little but that it is okay). Then, when you have poured the milk inside the bowl, microwave the butter. Once the butter is microwaved put it inside the hole and whisk everything together (the dry and…

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda. If this mixture becomes clumpy, you can reduce them by sifting through with a sifter. When you are done mixing these three ingredients you can place them off to the side because you will need them a little later. Now it is time to mix the rest of the ingredients. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together, then beat the eggs and vanilla in. You will want to make sure to put in the sugar and butter first because when you mix the two together the sugar helps break down the butter. After you have mixed the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract you need to add the dry ingredients, the ones that you mixed in the beginning. To make the process shorter and easier you will probably want to use an electrical mixer.…

The things you will need to make your own ice cream are as follows. First, start out with some cups of heavy cream. Two cups is plenty so don’t exceed more than two for each quart of ice cream. Then, you will need one cup of whole milk to mix in. Also, you will need 2/3 of a cup of sugar to sweeten it up. Then, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it a better vanilla flavor. And lastly, a vanilla bean to enhance the taste. That’s all you will need to make the vanilla flavored ice cream. For other flavors you will need to add some other ingredients to change the taste.…
