I want to thank my big brother Jimmy who at a very early age introduced me to the joy of reading. Thank you Darrin (my partner for life) for keeping me sane throughout my doctoral journey and Tonia (my lovely daughter) for your love and encouragement. Thanks to all my family and friends who said, “You can do it Faith”. Most of all, I think God for making it all possible.
