Frito Lay’s biggest dilemma is their competitors; therefore, they must have a plan on how to compete with them. Being knowledge in the field will put the company ahead of their competitors. It is important that Frito Lay identify the problem and make a plan on how to solve it; therefore the company should identify the sales promotion element. There should be well-trained employees or leaders to help the company advance to the next level. This means that they should be very knowledge in competing with competitors. It is very critical that leaders know how to obtain this knowledge, whether it is a place or in a system. My recommendation would be trade and sale promotions.
