BUSINESS PLAN
Introduction
Trucking All Day Inc. provides transportation services for companies that are looking to haul their cargo. We will offer both for-hire trucking and private carriers. Most of our business will come from the private carriers. We will offer both truck load and less than truck load. The company will be located in Brusly, Louisiana on Highway 1 next to a company called Black’s Auto Savage. Brusly, Louisiana has a population of 2,609. The city has different activities to celebrate. The Crawfish Festival is one of the town’s best celebrations.

Trucking All Day Inc. will be owned and operated by two cousins, Bryan McNair and Lucretia Franklin. The business will be operated as a Louisiana Incorporation and will provide transportation general commodities around the Midwest and Southeast states.

Bryan McNair has been involved in transporting general commodities for 15 years. After analyzing the community during his residency, he decided to add a company to the transportation industry to help solve the demands for the cargo to get to its destination.

Trucking All Day Inc. goals are to have a company to expand up to at least twenty truck drivers. The owners want to help the community with job opportunities and to help this city to grow.
