Fox Vs Hedgehogs
Throughout the Global Leadership Institute the most compelling topic that we discussed was the fox vs hedgehog lecture. Professor Craig’s presentation on foxes and hedgehogs taught me that humans are prone to be lazy and that being savvy takes commitment and work. Humans are natural born hedgehogs and only through time and determination can they become foxes. To me, the most important characteristic of being a fox would have to be learning from your mistakes. Foxes are great problem solvers due to the fact that after a mistake is made, they learn from them and improve themselves to avoid another one. I struggle with learning from my mistakes, at times I would either be ignorant and ignore them or would simply brush them off. Hopefully after
