Dear Prof. Garden,

The literature review you authorized me to write on March 14, 2029, is now complete. It is entitled Computers and the Fourth Amendment: Identifying the Questions.

In my project proposal, this literature review was discussed, in general, as a look at the present state of law for ownership, privacy, and basic rights in relation to computers. After doing general research, I focused the review on computers and basic rights as given by the Fourth Amendment.

This literature review identifies the major questions that exist today concerning computers and the Fourth Amendment. It will allow you to move forward in laying a solid legal foundation for the relationship of computers and the Fourth Amendment, the foundation that is so very lacking now.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you with my answer as soon as possible. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in this project, and I wish you best of luck with your continued work on it.

Sincerely,

Tim Node
