FORM OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
Pork Stop Meat Shop is a sole proprietorship business entity, registered under the name of Andrei Alimagno who will be in charge with the financial decisions and management of the entity. The company will also have its managing team to be lead by Ruselle De Jesus and Collin Jeff Junio and each of them will be responsible and liable for the specific roles delegated to them. The company decided to be a sole proprietorship because Sole ownehip is easier to establish than the other forms of business and also has less tax to be paid.
The company appointed managers in order to have a higher starting capital by having each own contribution. Having reliable managing team also spreads the workload evenly for jobs to be done more efficiently and effectively.
