INTRODUCTION
Forgiveness is not just practiced by saints and not only benefits its recipients but have strong connection with person’s physical, mental and spiritual health. It plays a great role in the health of families, communities and nations. Forgiveness provides common ground for love, acceptance, harmony and true happiness Most spiritual and religious leaders of the world will agree that forgiveness of oneself and others is one way to clear the mind, heart and soul and may result in a feeling of increased peace and happiness. THEISIS STATEMENT

“Forgiveness” explores different examples of benefits of forgiving that leads to healthy life, strong relationships and psychologically wellbeing. THREE MAIN POINTS
1. Forgiveness leads to healthy peace of mind and soul and that is why people try to learn how to forgive. 2. Holding resentments not only harm oneself but other relations as well. Other relationships that are closer might be effected by non-forgiveness attitude of a person. 3. Forgiveness have important medicinal effect on health. Researchers and study have shown that people who forgive have less chances of health issues like heart attack and brain tumor.

Stanford University has a forgiveness research project and people in California, a state on the cutting edge of self-absorption, are taking part…….”(Callwood,.J. 2007,p.153). The writer is trying to explain that, people want to learn how to forgive due restlessness in them. The writer also indicate that lot of people take part in such research projects and courses to gain peace of mind. Author indicates the importance of forgiveness by pointing out studies going on forgiveness as part of curriculum in some of the famous and learnt university in the world. Throughout the article, the writer give reference to the studies, television program and different learning media to emphasize the importance of learning forgiveness, in order to heal one self. She is addressing all those people who want to have peace of mind but cannot forgive. She has named universities, books and various TV programs in order to help those who want to learn forgiveness for example she states “Self-help shelves in bookstores abound in titles such as Forgive your parents: Heal yourself “(Callwood,.J.2007, P.153). Her tone throughout is straightforward and informatics. She has narrated article blending nicely with different real world examples.

“The 150 volunteers who have taken part in the Stanford Forgiveness Project say that letting go of the hurt caused by other people or by forces they see as being outside themselves, is not just one of the greatest emotional releases; they feel better physically, as well.” Sheryl Walters. (2008). Lack of forgiveness can affect our health. The author in this article shows with study and research on people about the affect of forgiveness on a person’s health. Throughout her article, she has pointed out on various live researches on people with different impact of forgiveness’s. She seeks attention of all those who want to look beautiful not only from outside but spiritually and solely light and energetic.
