Football Versus Youth Football
As I walked out on to the football field on a good Thursday night, I have never realized how much I love football until the first game. High School football is completely different than youth football in good ways. I have learned a lot from football such as teamwork, responsibility, and it allows me a frustration outlet. Playing the sport of football teaches athletes team work. Athletes learn how to get along with their teammates. For example, let's say you play offensive line, you have to be able to talk to your teammates so you know who to block. Teamwork makes kids feel better about themselves, they have others to help them out. Also, teamwork can help you in the classroom, if you have a friends in the class that is on your football team you won't be scared to ask for help. If your coach puts you in at a position on the team you can work with the other players that are in to figure out what routes to run, where to go, who to block. I believe that football you with your teamwork which improves social skills. Responsibility is a big thing in football. In football you …show more content…
Athletes may have a bad day at school and once they get to practice they can’t wait to practice because they can’t wait to take out their frustration out on hitting drills. Coaches like it when your mad and you hit hard. It shows that football can be a good thing because it's an outlet. Athletes feel like they can talk to their teammates about their problems. Football relieves young adults from frustration because the sport is fun. I think that football will make fighting decrease because they can take their anger out on hitting drills.
Football has taught me positive effects such as teamwork, responsibility, and a frustration out let. Teamwork helps your social skills. Responsibility makes you smarter. Frustration outlet, it will decrease the fighting. As you can see football can be a great sport for athletes it teaches plenty of
