Now: Pretty stressed out with school and my dad yelling at me about my grades.
Three-week goal: I will get eight or more hours of sleep and talk to someone when I’m feeling angry.
Six-week goal: I will start attending social events and start going to party’s with my brother for fun.
Nine-week: I’ll start getting involved with events that are occurring within my community area that I can participate in.
End goal: I’ll use my time effectively and productively, and I will start having quiet time with myself
