Fontana Employee Substance Abuse Case Study
On the above date and time employee Brian Demercado approached the Security department in order to report an employee substance abuse violation. The incident took place in Fontana as Brian witnessed employee Heidy Aguirre drinking a bottle of Ginger Ale behind a bar, this raised Brian's suspicion. In order to avoid an accusing confrontation Brian surveyed Heidy from a distance until she put the bottle of Ginger Ale down. Brian approached the bottle that Heidy had placed down and smelt liquor coming from the bottle. The bottle was given to me for examination, I can confirm the bottle had contents of liquor. The bottle was stored in security for evidence. I informed Brian that employee Heidy Aguirre needed to be questioned. Heidy was requested
