Focus group is a form of group interview to get in depth understanding of the topic (Bryman, 2012). Researchers are particularly interested in the way participants respond to each other’s views and joint construction of meaning (Bryman, 2012). There are several practical elements that are needed to conduct focus group research, such as group size, recording, transcription, selection of participants and questions.
