Flound Intervention Plan

After the teaching presentation, the client will have enough understanding to reduce the risk of infection by properly treated the wound by monitoring and assessing her wound each day, changing the dressing properly, cleaning wound, and following prevention skills on how to avoid infection and the onset of a new ulcer. The client-centered goal is to increase wound healing by following the interventions so ulcer does not get infected and is healed before week twelve.
