Flipped Learning In Higher Education Research Paper
I feel the most challenging group to create buy-in among would be teachers. I believe there are teachers that assume there will be a lot of "reinventing the wheel" to change their course from the traditional classroom they are accustomed to, to a new flipped classroom model. As discussed in the article, "Flipped Learning in Higher Education", it is difficult to have teachers want to "redesign" their course due to the initial time and additional effort it takes for set-up.

I would like to present the benefits of the flipped classroom model to educators by sharing statistics, examples and experiences of the many advantages to teachers, students and parents. While referring to the top five reasons to be thrilled for your child's flipped classroom

For example you have to log in at least twice a week at Ashford. Whereas assignments on a campus would have to have your work done by Friday, you have until Monday to get your work done online.…
