The five traits of friendship are what make lifelong friends. The five traits are allegiance, empathy, redemption, shared ethics, and conscience. Allegiance is a trait that helps hold my friendship with my nana together. It’s being loyal to friends and family, and willing to sacrifice everything. I was sick and no one could stay home with me because of work. My nana being such a loyal friend stayed with me all day. Shared ethics also plays a big part in our friendship.
