While on the other hand, Owens Community College has little information about the success of the college. Even though the Owens Community College celebrated fifty years of service and had more than 36,000 graduates (“Experience Owens”).
I still feel like I should attend to the University of Findlay because there’s a ton of information that helps me decide into what college I should apply to. Instead of Owens Community College, because there’s only a little information on how good the college is and what programs they have there for me to study. While gathering and researching all of the information from the both colleges about school programs, the cost , what kind of classes they have for my majors I’m interested in. My love for Marquette University started with the campus. Being nestled in the heart of Milwaukee, Marquette feels like a close-knit community, but has an open, urban vibe. During my first campus trip I toured all of the main buildings, and was particularly impressed by the new engineering building. The tour guides encouraged questions from prospective students. They didn’t give us canned responses, or answer from a script; instead they gave thoughtful and concise answers that showed what Marquette is all about. Marquette’s prestigious engineering department, academic excellence, and famed namesake all led me to want to attend more than any other school.…

Also spending two years at a community college taking general courses and seeing what programs there are to study might help you make a decision. Another reason I believe a community college is the best route because at a university sometimes freshman have to live on campus their first year. So in the end it ties in with cost because room and board is very expensive, plus a meal plan also. At a community college you can commute everyday so in reality you only have to pay for gas that transport you everyday and most have a cafeteria for you to eat at.…

However, over the period of my freshman year, it wasn’t what I was expecting and now I want a new and different experience.
