Financial Analysis Of Leyton Suisse AG Company
In 2010, we are partners and friends thought about the fact that the money received as a result of some professional activity, were banally deposited at a bank. At the moment, as you know, bank deposits do not even cover the inflation costs, not to mention getting any profit.
In the Swiss Confederation they even have set a negative rate.

Having realized that we needed to invest in other assets, we could not bear the thought that all investments on the stock exchange may be impaired in one day because of the regular problems in the economy.

After some consultation, we decided to invest in assets with low risks such as corporate and government-guaranteed bonds, stocks with low volatility, gold, real estate and small-scale projects that would

For creating new investment projects we involved friends, colleagues, and clients from our other businesses, and in 2013 we registered a separate management company.

Leyton Suisse AG Company was registered in order to minimize the administrative costs and to ensure the possibility of providing our clients with legal funds and property management services In 2014, while skiing, we decided that we were able to offer our services to everyone and make a full-fledged business.

In Switzerland, such services are regulated by FINMA and require special licensing procedure, resulting in intermediaries’ ability of managing the client funds in in the financial markets.
Besides, our activities are governed by the law on money laundering and the financing of international terrorism.

We adhere to all the requirements of the regulator, carry out all the necessary procedures with our customers and always offer excellent services.

In spring 2014 no one imagined that in spring 2015 the ruble in Russian Federstion would fall by 2 times against the euro; no one imagined that the Swiss National Bank would cancel the franc’s rigid binding to the euro for a single night, and someone would earn over 20% for this night, having made just an exchange operation in time.

Instead of falling on one market one can make investments on a few; instead of one branch, you can invest in several sectors.

And if ordinary bank deposits do not even cover the inflation costs, the investments in shares, bonds and financial market will allow you to get a small, but steady income without the risk of losing money on deposit or as a result of national currency’s devaluation.

We have all heard of the story of the milkmaid who put all her eggs in one basket. It was only a matter of time before the basket slipped and ruined all the poor milkmaids' plans. But when it comes to our hard earned money and a question of investing it, we somehow tend to forget the learning from the milkmaid. We tend to rely on only some investment avenues and ignore the inherent risk in the action.…

Another investment option is Bonds. Bonds are the “safe” way to invest. Bonds are predictable. Interest amount, principal amount, how often paid and maturity date are all known ahead of time. Bonds provide a steady and regular income (monthly/quarterly/semiannual payments). The interest rates on bonds usually exceed those of banks saving accounts. However, because bonds are based on a company’s finances (ability to repay loans), there is always the risk the company who issues the bond can go bankrupt, leaving the bonds either worthless or less than original value. Bonds provide no opportunity for high long term return and the long term money in bonds are tied up in low interest rate for an extended period.…

For most countries, money laundering and terrorist financing raise significant issues with regard to prevention, detection and prosecution. Sophisticated techniques used to launder money and finance terrorism add to the complexity of these issues. Such sophisticated techniques may involve different types of financial institutions; multiple financial transactions; the use of intermediaries, such as financial advisers, accountants, shell corporations and other service providers; transfers to, through, and from different countries; and the use of different financial instruments and other kinds of value-storing assets. Money laundering is, however, a fundamentally simple concept. It is the process by which proceeds from a criminal activity are disguised to conceal their illicit origins. Basically, money laundering involves the proceeds of criminally derived property rather than the property itself. The financing of terrorism is also a fundamentally simple concept. It is the financial support, in any form, of terrorism or of those who encourage, plan, or engage in terrorism. Less simple,…

Part 1 - Understanding Investments What is an investment? Many of us think of interest-bearing deposits or fixed deposits when we think of performing the Haj or saving for that down payment for a car or a house. But in today 's world, there are several other options available that could make your savings grow or as commonly said, "make your money work for you." Savings in banks generally do not grow far above the inflation rate but possesses the great advantage of being almost risk-free. Investments, on the other hand, when wisely planned can bring higher rates of return but the associated risks are higher than leaving your money in the bank. What then is an investment? An investment is a commitment of funds to one or more assets that will be held over some future time period, in the hope that it will generate more income. The asset could be tangible like real estate properties or non-tangible monetary assets like securities and you would invest in them based on your financial goals and objectives. By investing your money wisely you can enjoy greater returns. Wise investors constantly look for investment opportunities that will make their accumulated money bring higher returns. Let 's say you have managed to save some money every month and now, you have a tidy sum. What do you do with it? How can you make your savings work for you to generate even more income? As you know, RM100 hidden under the pillow remains RM100 ten or twenty or infinity years down the road. Placing your money in the bank may be almost risk-free but both inflation and taxation constantly erode its purchasing power. You should…
