1. Company Background
Rancho Palisades is a privately owned apartment leasing company based in Dallas,
Texas. The leasing company, Management Support, owns and manages approximately 11,000 multi­family apartments with extraordinary amenities in Texas and Arizona. For the past 45 years, Management Support properties have been home to more than 400,000 residents. The company provides an outstanding living experience including the highest level of maintenance and service to its residents.
Located on Frankford Road, Rancho Palisades apartment homes offer unique interiors including plank flooring, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans with lights and decorative fireplaces. Extraordinary amenities include arcade game room, two­stall carwash, business center with high­speed Internet and two of each of the following: resort­style pool, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, lighted tennis and sand volleyball, fitness center with HDTV and indoor Jacuzzi and sauna.
