Introduction
Our plan is to launch a Muskmelon Juice named
“Flavors”.
It will be introduced through
•various promotional displays and advertisement
•distribution of free samples to the general public

Situation Analysis
Bangladesh is a land of fertile which produce

different types of fruits and “Muskmelon” is one of the most testy and nutrias fruits
Muskmelon is unexplored area of juice

production in Bangladesh.
So we have decided to produce muskmelon juice

to capture the unexplored market of juice.

Currently the marketplace are undergoing rapid changes.

 Easier to influence people like & buy muskmelon to buy more
 Invest in marketing & promotional activity given none has been

done to date
 Build data to effectively measure & manage crop forecasting

 Lack of Marketing Activity poses a negative threat as the market

becomes more competitive
 The lack of consistent quality in the market

Direct competitors
Has no direct competitors it means there is no muskmelon flavor juice
Indirect competitors
Pran, Fruto, Shezan, Slice etc.

Categories: There are 4 size of juice we are proposed for lancing. They are:  Junior Juice Pack (120ml)
 Normal Pack(250ml)
 Contemptible Pack
