"The way we eat has changed more dramatically in the past 50 years than in the previous 10,000 years." Food, Inc. is a documentary film directed by Robert Kenner in 2008. In the film it's pointed out that one of the important changes in what we eat is that our food supply has been flooded with sugar and other refined carbohydrates. "Food, Inc." is about how these and other changes came to be, and the little-known state of our present food system. This film has multiple aspects that educate people on the way their food is processed and what the United States can do to change how it is made. It focuses on the major aspects of how meat today is produced and how genetically modified food alter the appearance, taste, and overall quality of our factories that produce meat, poultry and even vegetables.
