Fennec Foxes Are Solitary Hunters?
Did you know that foxes are solitary hunters? Unlike animals such as wolves, they hunt alone rather than in packs. For example, fennec foxes have fur on their feet to help them move around in the sandy Sahara. Fennec foxes are multicellular organisms and have different levels of cellular organization. The cells of fennec foxes are eukaryotic, meaning their DNA is closed in a nucleus. Their cells make tissue, which makes organs, then organ systems, and finally the fennec fox itself. While a fennec fox does not have any

To begin, elements that are killing these animals include death by car, trapping, predatory animals and malnutrition. Next, in 1973 the government put the Black-Footed Ferret on the endangered list, and is currently still considered endangered today. Nevertheless, Defenders of Wildlife is an organization that's trying to assist with restoring the ferret to its original numbers and reintroducing them brand-new areas. However, Defenders of Wildlife also must try to save the prairie dogs as well since they are ninety percent of the Black-Footed Ferrets diet. Today, there are over 8.7 million different species that share planet Earth, and scientists believe that each species all share a common ancestor. That single ancestor, to which is not discovered yet, has evolved over eons, creating these vast amounts of species that we know today. The Gray wolves, or Canis lupus, is one prime example of an evolutionary species. Although the history of wolves is still unclear, scientists believe that wolves evolved from a primitive, carnivorous species called Miacids. As this species evolved, traits and patterns for survival became more prevalent. Today, wolves either hunt individually, hunt in packs or steal food from other predators to obtain food and water. They…

He is considered to be a military phenomenon that was able to combine bravery and daring with brains. He brought glory to Germany and struck fear in the hearts of the enemy. Winston Churchill said that “We have in Rommel a very daring and skillful opponent against us, and, may I say across the havoc of war, a great general.”1 He was admired for his prowess within his country and outside of Germany as well. The British considered him to be a model soldier and a model gentleman. Perhaps most importantly…

In the therian world, there are meanings for everything from the animals to the colors and names. Not many therians know about the meanings of the colors they see, but sometimes having a loving for one color means more than you think. For example, if you like the color green it may mean you have some connection with nature and balance. If you like the color blue, it may mean there is something in your life that is unbalanced but balanceable. Each color has it’s own meaning, and each meaning is unique. One of the many beliefs that therians have is that at one point, whether it be past life or present, they were a real animal. Therians wonder if maybe they were sent to this life because they did something wrong and were banished from the spirit world. Some other theories are that they were sent here not because they did something wrong but because they have some reason to be here, whether it be simply helping someone or just pure curiosity got them sent to the real world. In the folklore I have read it speaks of fox quite often, and they talk about how the fox therian had to hide in order to survive. In the story “Fox Hill near Dodow” they speak of how therians must hide “One day a great hunt was organized, and our fox was among those pursued by the huntsmen. A bullet hit him, and suddenly a schoolmaster was lying there before the bewildered huntsman. The bullet had struck the fox strap and ripped it apart.” Many of the folklore about fox therians involve death. I’m not sure why, but they always seem to have a loving for death. Their love for death is a bit creepy, but maybe it’s because they are scavengers, so places like graveyards are a great place to find food. One folklore comes in my mind when I think of a fox, this story speaks of how the fox therian became human because he/she wanted to, but in order to become human the fox must find a…
