Application for 2013 SCHOLARSHIP.

My name is Salil Menon; I am a 25 year old young man from New Delhi. I have just been accepted at the Delta State University to study library and Information science a four year degree program. I am writing to apply for the MUSTE scholarship for 2013/2014 new entry level.

I learned about the Mankind United To Support Total Education program on the youth empowerment and ICT foundation facebook page. I believe that access to education is the best investment anyone can give to the youth, because I believe education will present us with equal opportunity with our peers and ensure a better Nigeria.

I am extremely determined to achieve all of my goals; personal and educational to be the best student I can be. As an undergraduate, I am determined to do everything possible to come out with an impressive result. My hobbies include reading, music, movies, travelling and making new friends.

At Delta State University I will push my lecturers as much as they push me to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed in pursuit of my educational goals. I will be passionate about my course of study and always remain calm even under pressure.

The greatest asset I have is my ability to relate with many different personalities, group of people and to survive under pressure. Attached is all required and supporting document to aid my application process.
