By: Nathan Volpe

As a teenager, I have a very close friendship to fast foods. Fast foods are tasty, quick, convenient, and inexpensive; all of which are great qualities to food. Over the years, many people have started concentrating on the way they eat. Eating habits have become an awareness in people’s lives these days and many have started to be careful of what foods they’re buying in stores.

The unhealthy diet of fast foods over long periods of time could lead to long-term health problems that could change your life. Some substitute options to fast food could include any organic foods, and all natural foods. These foods not only have good nutrition, but they also don’t have any unwanted ingredients that are bad for you health. Usually, these ingredients are the ones that you have probably never herd of before or cant even pronounce. These are usually chemicals and preservatives to keep the foods from getting spoiled. If more people start changing their eating habits, it could have an effect on the nearby people around them. This is because everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon. When people start seeing other people eat healthier, they start to make the same decisions. When more people start eating healthier foods, restaurants and food labels start to change the way they make their food to meet the society’s needs.

To sum up all things, which were given above,
