What is the RH Bill? Yes, we all know that because of this bill, there is a conflict between the Church and the State. But do we really know what it is and what it aims to accomplish? According to our best friend, Wikipedia, the Reproductive Health Bills are Philippine Bills aiming to guarantee universal access to methods and information on birth control and maternal care. Yes, bills with an S. 

We all know that Reproductive Health Bill, informally known as the RH BILL, are the proposed laws in the Republic of the Philippines aiming to guarantee access to methods on contraception, abortion, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care. It is a way of helping people to be more advance, well prepared, and to widen up each and every individuals mind setting about our society now a days.

I chose this topic because I am curious with the advantages and disadvantages of RH Bill and I want to learn what are the effects

B. Statement of the Problem

The study will answer the following questions:
1. What is Reproductive Health Bill?
2. What are the provisions under this Bill?
3. Who are subjects to this Bill?
4. What are the advantages and disadvantages of RH Bill to the Filipino youth? 5. What is Morality?
6. How RH Bill affects the morality of the Filipino youth?
C. Thesis Statement

The Reproductive Health Bill, informally known as the RH Bill, are proposed laws in the Republic of the Philippines aiming to guarantee universal access to methods on contraception, abortion, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care.[1]

D. Significance of the Study
We are living in a nation full of rejection and discrimination. The importance of knowing this house bill is that you can prevent early pregnancy, abortion, and etc. You can also prevent other malicious things that you can do to your girlfriend/boyfriend.
