Family Class requirements - Have to be sponsored by someone
Refugee requirements - The Immigration and Refugee Board makes decisions about refugee claims. They decide if you are a Convention refugee or someone who is in need of protection. A Convention refugee meaning - is someone with a well-founded fear of persecution based on, Race, Religion, Political opinion, Nationality.
Economic requirements - Have to be skilled and fit the economic needs of Canada
