Faithful Investments Investing in something can be frightening sometimes but hope is not completely lost. For example, if a man was to buy a cow for a generous amount of money and was not sure if it was going to be worth it. But soon started receiving free milk and began saving large amount of money. Well College is extremely similar, it is an investment that will benefit a students future just how it benefited the man's future by saving him money. Even though College is highly expensive , College is worth the Investment because it improves society , it gives a student a future of economic stability, and it is not as expensive as it seems. First, College is worth the Investment because it improves society. Not going to college could potentially refine society . The first way college improves society is by enhancing a students knowledge, so they can potentially become a leader (The Value of Education). Although some people might say that college is on the more expensive side. There are many ways to make it cheaper. ¨The federal government has launched a number of programs designed to make college more affordable and accessible for all Americans¨(The Value of Education). Taking advantage of these programs can help a student save a large amount of money. In state tuition has gone up by two-thirds since 2000 (The Value of Education). In state tuition is almost an effortless way to make college more affordable because the only requirement is to live in that state. Scholarships play a big role in making college more affordable (Leonhardt). There are countless scholarships that can make college tuition a much more affordable. Some of these scholarships include academic and athletic scholarships. As a result, even the most expensive colleges can be made more
