When I was a kid I was listening to rap all days, I was wearing large pants and I was reading the translated lyrics online, because I don’t understand english so well, especially that fast and with a lot of abbreviations.
One day I was in a CD store where i found the first real Italian rap made by Fabrizio Tarducci in art Fabri Fibra. From that day since now I never stop to follow him, I can say “we grow up together”, him musically and in fame and me in age, ideas and also in music production. But nonetheless I’ll never stop to follow and estimate him.
He start to make rap just for fun with friends then he start to investing money in his ideas by publishing albums, without to much public that like him. After several albums with no income he
He never contradict himself, he don’t like to be a product and to be to much in public, two live per year about. He always change completely in every new CD, although his fans are asking for the old style, he renovate all aiming to the new idea he has.
In less words he revolt at the “Italian” way to sell music and him as a famous person, by refusing every collaboration to film or hip-hop event in the country.
I like him because he is always has a new Idea and he pointing all he has to realise it, without give to much care if everyone like it or just few, spending all on something personal and if it doesn’t work will make something else again and again until it does.
I’d like to follow his footprint, his stile, by pointing on something that I trust, my ideas, not in hip-hop but in something else.
He made some mistake in his way to the success, by trusting his brother and another guy Vacca and afterwards he fight with them. Maybe he or they wasn’t sincere with him or the opposite, but I don’t want to make the same error in the relationship that I will
