FBLA-PBL Mission Statement Analysis
FBLA-PBL’s mission statement emphasizes uniting business and education through leadership and career advancement programs to help young leaders prosper. Throughout my four years of high school I have thoroughly enriched myself with the benefits Future Business Leaders of America has to offer. This past year I was granted the opportunity to participate in the state leadership conference after being awarded regional champion in my event. At the conference, I networked with accomplished business professionals, participated in business oriented workshops, and competed in academic competition. The networking skills, business knowledge, and competitive drive I gained at FBLA state have truly prepared me to make a renowned contribution to the …show more content…
Whether it be fighting to receive a promotion, or to create the next best product, competition is inevitable. At state competitions the stakes are that much higher which result in a drive deep within. Having missed the chance to go to state my sophomore year by just one place, I had a goal to not be defeated when my opportunity came around the following year. The state competition is a whole new ball game, no home field advantage, no fans, and even faster pitchers. Having swung and missed a couple times in previous years, it was time for a grand slam. My competitive drive was awakened at these various competitions, and will continue to prosper throughout my education and career. The motivation created due to my competitiveness makes me a tough opponent on any level.
Future Business Leaders of America has allowed me to take classroom knowledge and incorporate it into real life scenarios. My experiences at the state level have left me with a strong work ethic, strategic focus, and a passion for business. My collaboration with fellow peers and business professionals has sparked energy and creativity within me which inspired leadership and the discussion of business challenges. The Wisconsin School of Business will provide me with me technical capabilities, the means to succeed, and a better life. Together forward, we can make a difference in the world of

The USF mission statement reflects well on Chapter 1 definition of what a well-conceived mission statement is. It starts off by telling the public what the school provides, and that is education. As the mission states that USF offers the knowledge and skills for students of both levels, undergraduate and graduate levels. This mission statement is very clear and concise because it addresses the question “Who are we and what do we do?”. Anyone who did not know USF was a university and read the mission statement, could automatically assume that it is a school that provides education.…

This award from the KPMG Future Leaders Program will help me achieve my goals not only by supplying me with financial assistance to pay for college but also by allowing me to interact with strong, success women who have experience and insight into a male-driven field. It is seldom that a young woman like myself has the opportunity to further their knowledge of business and communications, and gets to learn that information from strong female leaders. My goals and aspirations stretch far beyond my current skills, and I hope that an award from the KPMG Future Leaders Program will allow me to grow the skills I need to continue on to be a leader to those around me. Going into my freshman year of college with a mentor counseling and teaching me the skill sets required to succeed in my field and to prosper at NYU next year, would be an extraordinary privilege and honor. Woman have always been major contributors to society, despite being shoved down and oppressed on too many occasions and in too many ways. It has always amazed me that despite being oppressed, women have always remained true to their strength and have paved the way for other intellectual, career driven women to prosper in the modern…

Today I am here to express my opinion on how can FBLA (future business leaders of America) can strengthen the confidence of students, in themselves and their work. Being a part of FBLA you will find out that there are many achievements and goals that we students will want to set and reach for. While reaching these goals that students in this program set, it’s also teaching us how to become better leaders of business. I feel without confidence you cannot get anywhere in life, no one will take you seriously and the world needs us to take charge. That’s why I strongly feel we, as students, have to have confidence in ourselves and our work.…

The competitiveness of football is one of the reasons that football is my most important extracurricular activity. Football is the reason I’m a competitive person. I always would try hard in order to be the best on all of my football teams. I wanted to come out on top of all other adversaries. The competition between different teams made the game more enjoyable. During my senior year, we were up against Bloomington, our cross town rivals. During that week, my team worked harder than we have against any other opponent. We wanted it so badly, that when we won, it was one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever had. Every victory that I’ve had in football makes hfykff.…

In late December 2016, I created a proposal and negotiated official sponsorship of the SAIT Management Society with SAIT’s School of Business. As President, I wanted to push the envelope of what student clubs could become and that required wielding a vision that inspired people. That meant focusing on why we did things rather than just the results we produce. Our dream was focused on “Shaping a new generation of leaders who will manage the challenges of the 21st century.” To show that it was not just empty rhetoric, I embodied the vision and set the tone with every action that I…
