Exploratory Summary
An exploratory study was conducted on Nursing Informatics competency and satisfaction related to network education. A total of 218 nurses answered an online questionnaire after getting 4 hours of network education at their appropriate clinical level. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze data. The study proved that network education not only enhances the learner’s computer competency, but also improves learning satisfaction. Nurses who had higher Nursing Informatics competency were more satisfied with network education. Those who had their own computers and attended more than 4 hours per week network education course were more satisfied with the network education.
