In 1950, Ford took the wraps off a range of cars that were nothing less than revolutionary. Billed as five-star cars on account of the quintet of areas in which they pushed the boundaries, the Mk1 Consul, Zephyr and Zodiac packed independent front suspension, oversquare overhead-valve engines and monocoque construction – all firsts for the Blue Oval. As if that wasn’t enough, there were also 12-volt electrics and hydraulic brakes all round, making these family cars more usable than anything that had ever come out of Dagenham before.…

A self-driving car can sense its environment and things around it. It also has a GPS unit in the car, the car uses the positional information from the GPS to localize itself and give a 3-D image. From the 3-D images, humans program the car to make intelligent decisions , for example using the 3-D to find an optimal path to their destination that avoids obstacles. We all learn different skills throughout our lives, the one skill that I learned is a very common one, driving. At some point in our lives we have learned to develop this skill. It’s one of the most involved things to do, yet the simplest to do without thinking about. Of course you’re thinking, driving, no problem I could do it in my sleep. But have you ever thought about, how do I know how to drive? I know I haven’t. But now as I think about it, I have been developing this skill since I was young. It’s a little thing called learning. How do we learn? Well, “we learn by association” (Locke and Hume, p.313).…

Racing is not about driving a prestigious car or participating in the showmanship, but the true value of car racing depends upon the time you have spent in polishing your driving skills. The objective of my article is to guide you and tell you about the basic but crucial driving techniques used in car racing. Many writers have written articles on good driving skills, but I wanted to write for those who don’t know how to drive properly. Because difficulties and possibilities only lie in the head, in reality, there is no concept of impossibility! Below…

Hey, you! Yes, you. Does your family own an automobile? Most likely they do. With approximately 95% of the US population owning cars and other motor vehicles, they have certainly made an impact on our daily life. It wasn't always this way, though. Humans have tried for decades to create a self-moving vehicle, but it was Karl Benz who finally succeeded in 1885, and they've come a long way since.Owning an automobile can have many risks, however, the benefits certainly outweigh those in terms of convenience, efficiency, and productivity.…
