This is valued by employers as it means you do not need introductory training in order to perform your job roles as well as having all the necessary knowledge to know the ins and out of the job
Health and safety and security
In terms of health and safety this is a valued attribute as in case of an emergency you are able to take the necessary steps in order to keep yourself and colleagues safe. Security is also a valued attribute it means you are able to ensure all data is secure.
Work attitudes
Work attitude is an essential attribute in many workplaces. If you are required to lead a team then have a positive attitude will boost morale and productivity
