If you happen to visit one of your favorite malls here in the town most especially their supermarkets such as SM Hypermarket, you can notice that they are all selling “turon”, which they started selling a year or a couple of years ago. Saba or Cardava banana is good for those people who are diet but to bring a new flavoring, we added it a twist. Since banana is rich in potassium, they help the body’s circulatory system deliver oxygen to the brain. This also helps maintain a regular heartbeat and a proper balance of water in the body. Turon an all-time favorite Filipino merienda is starting to boom as a profitable business nowadays as not just the local mall supermarket are into the business of selling turon but to almost every streets or in school. That is why we had come up to present Turones as our original product for our business plan.

Saba King Partnership is a food cart headquartered in Fairview, Quezon City. The business starts in school but now we have our own food cart located in Fairview Center Mall. Food carts are often found in large cities throughout the world and can be found selling food of just about any variety. Our Food cart is placed in food court of the mall so all customers who will go in the food court to eat will see our product.

Our Turones will serve and it will easily attract customer because of its new flavor of turon and we also make sure it will always new cook. Although we think it’s a kind of special turon, it still has a cheaper price but high quality that anyone will afford to buy and love it. We tried to sell it first inside the school, we noticed that it is salable so we decided to have a food cart in the Fairview Center Mall, the mall near in our school.

We have a lot of ideas and plans to make our business become more successful. We are planning to open another food carts in other SM Fairview when if our business have earn more profit and if there’s another businessman who

The Blackhorse Pike School District offers a lifesaving program for children to aid in saving lives using Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s). Staff is also provided training in CPR and AED usage. The Blackhorse Pike School District presently provides education for over 4,000 children each school year. This school has been ranked in the top 75 elementary school in New Jersey. This is located in a growing area and expects to have a population increase of about 20 percent in the next 10 or so years. Over the years, children are seen more with asthma, cardiac issues, diabetes, and allergies. This can be life threatening illnesses and we can help these children to live longer, healthier lives with the proper education and equipment. This school district has one AED per building and only those nurses who are trained are allowed to operate them. If a child became unresponsive other staff are most likely not educated and trained on CPR or AED usage. Only teachers, nurses, and coaches are required to be trained in these. With this being said, this program’s purpose is to have all staff trained to save lives. All hallways will have an AED installed and staff will know how to use it as well as be CPR certified. Research shows in the event of a cardiac arrest, the time from witnessed arrest to the delivery of a shock from the AED should be no longer than five minutes for the best outcomes (American Heart, 2010). This has to do with an This is due to the fact that about half of witnessed cardiac arrests are the shockable rhythm of ventricular fibrillation for the first few minutes of arrest. With each hallway having access to an AED, help will be provided to shock within the recommended time frame and increase the number of children who survive a cardiac arrest (American Heart, 2010).…

The report provided below consists of analyzing the four management functions of management within the renovation project at Pravda vodka lounge. The renovation project was originally scheduled to be completed in three months but exceeded that time frame extending the project to be finished in one year. The work was done by various contractors each with a specific role in the undertaking. This provided ability to choose from a wide variety of designs and styles of products as the budget allowed for this. While this was a positive effect of utilizing assorted companies, the adverse effect was the hardship in maintaining consistent communication, organization, and efficiency. Contractors worked at their stations, focusing solely on their task, disregarding any other aspect of the project. Timeliness was not a priority to the contractors as there was a lack of consideration for the daily goals as long as their portion was complete. The delays in shipping of materials made things even harder to co-ordinate. The manager of the project went beyond doing her due diligence and strived with passion to create a flow and balance of the workers, but this came with a great deal of stress initially. She provided the employees with the tools and atmosphere needed to carry out their job. The manager was constantly available on and off work hours to aid in any way needed. The project never went according to schedule as delays in shipments of materials along with poor comprehension skills of the workers made this impossible, but the deduction that alternative managerial strategies were needed to promote efficiency of the employees was realized before it was too late and the project was therefore a success.…
