I deserve this scholarship because i’m a hard working young lady. I strive for greatness and success. I’ve been through many things and many obstacles. Never have I let anything stand in the way of my education, there were many times I felt like giving up. I always recovered better than before.

Coming from a low income household, college wasn't really a big topic for many reasons. We struggled our whole lives.
