Examples Of Annual Disclosures
Good afternoon Yvette,

I am sorry that I missed your call I was out of the office this morning. We received all three of your annual disclosures and your 2018 Inactive payment on 11-19-2017. Once your disclosures have been received in our system you should get a confirmation email from us. The reason why you are unable to see your disclosures when you look on your dashboard are because they were received. You are all set with us until our 2019 renewal season begins.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Enjoy the rest of your day and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
