For my senior project I took on the task of rebuilding a 2007 Polaris 700 snowmobile. It was a challenge working on a new kind of machine, all of my previous mechanical experience being on motorcycles. I decided to step out of the box and try something new! Difficulties came along with this decision from lack of knowledge on the simple make up of parts that comprise a snowmobile, to a basic problem with tools available at my house. Luckily I have friends and family members that are very knowledgeable in all motorized vehicles and these folks came in handy when I would get stuck during the process of swapping most every stock part on the sled out for aftermarket upgrades.…

Personal Statement My interest in a career in dentistry started after undergoing four years of orthodontic treatment. This led me to understand, first hand, the positive psychological effects of quality dental care and how an individual's quality of life can be enriched as a result of such treatment. To pursue this interest further, I began researching dentistry as a possible career. I used my savings to travel to Tanzania to volunteer for two weeks in the region's only dental clinic.…

My aspiration to pursue a career in dentistry was borne out of an interest in dental health matters and a desire to improve a patient's quality of life, both from a clinical and psychological aspect. In alleviating pain to improve a patient's self-esteem through good oral health, I believe a distinguishing feature in an outstanding dentist is the possession of manual dexterity and the ability to incorporate strong interpersonal skills through high-quality patient care. I have always admired the altruism of dentists who strive to work uncompromisingly in their patients' best interest. I furthered my interest in dentistry by gaining a two week work experience at Tam Dental Health. During this attachment, I shadowed a dentist carrying out complex procedures such as bridging, partial and complete denture repair, and tooth crowning.…

Then you’ll get brick or block, whichever one you are working with. This has been very fun through the past years. I will also be doing an interview, and ask a few questions about what he did as a mason. There are many many things you can do as a mason. It’s a lot of fun anybody can do it’s a very good trade and I’m glad I took it. We also do cement, we make cement for certain things only, and even at times, we might get a special job to pour some concrete for another shop, It’s lots of fun. There is also something very important for seniors that they have to do, and that’s taking a nocti test, with 200 questions on what you’ve learned all together, then you have to build a wall of the instructor’s choice, and it’ll get judged, after that’s all over they determine if you passed or not, but the big parts the test, and it’s very important that you know your stuff or you can fail, and probably fail tech as well.…

In my case, I would state that I dont need any more chiefs on this project when I need Indians for the tribe. Meaning I have enough eyes on me, but I could use some help in on the actual project itself. I would think if they trusted Jim with a project like this they would have given him the reigns and stop hovering over his shoulder. In a since, with the appointment of Bob Petroski and sally Fukuyama on the team they have all but taken away the full credit of the project of Jim. They have forced Jim into a lose-lose situation. The success of the project would be taken by the cronies of the department head and the Chief operating officer and the failure would fall solely into Jims lap.
