Captain Oneill and myself were requested to assist Mahanoy City police via phone from Officer Petrus. He instructed officers to Centre and 2nd Street.

Officers arrived on location and observed a dark gray sedan along with three individuals near the vehicle. Officer Petrus stated the driver was unsteady on his feet, his eyes did not constricted and was unsuccessful with field tests and requested me to conduct additional testing. I questioned HINDERMYER again what drugs he ingested. I explained to him the signs and symtpoms I observed. He related he smoked marijuana last night, snorted methamphetamine last night and a percocet. He said he did not take anything today as far as he can remember. I explained the blood test would reveal the drug and levels and he said that the blood test will show he used methamphetamine, marijuana and opiates. He then admitted to using methamphetamine and heroin earlier this day and stated he doesn't feel messed up.

When asked to submit to the blood test HINDERMYER questioned why he had to take the test since he already admitted what drugs will come back in his blood. The process of the blood test was explained to him and afterwards he stated he would submit to the test. He expressed his concerns about taking the blood test and the positive findings of drugs in his system because he is out on bail. Before leaving he said to me "I'm in pretty big trouble aint
